Holiday shopping sales are about even with last year according to sources at many stores in the Greater Binghamton area. Locally owned stores seem to enjoying a spike in sales. But with Christmas Day exactly one week away, there can be a sense of panic if you haven't done ANY shopping yet. Right? No.
