Binghamton Multi-Million Dollar Construction Season Starts

The start of the reconstruction of the Exchange Street Bridge is heralding the beginning of $28 million worth of infrastructure work in the City of Binghamton this season.

City Engineer Gary Holmes says the projects include repairs to the South Washington Street Pedestrian Bridge, the Clinton Street Bridge, completion of the Riverside Drive paving, work on the Norfolk Southern Railroad Project and repairs to several neighborhood streets
