In the fall, Sunday night is football night, and in a new behind-the-scenes video on the set of filming Carrie Underwood's Sunday Night Football promo, the singer gives music fans and football fans an inside look at the final product.

Donning a sequin dress and killer lace-up high heels, Underwood can be seen singing the theme song "Oh, Sunday Night" set to her previous 2014 hit with Miranda Lambert, "Somethin' Bad."

"It's been great with the new song and there was kind of a new energy in the building today," Underwood says. NFL cheerleaders, football players and Underwood are shown behind the scenes filming the promo in a 90-second clip, which aired on Entertainment Tonight.

"It was nice to be around the guys and see them interact with each other and just get to hang around them for the day," the superstar adds.

New York Giants' Odell Beckham Jr. and Von Miller of the Denver Broncos raved about the experience also to cameras. "It's a lot of fun being able to come out here and do the open," Beckham says.

Meanwhile, Miller calls the experience "a dream come true."

“America’s game been waiting all day / The best of the best have come to play / The gang’s all here, let’s turn it up / It’s the NFL can’t get enough,” Underwood sings in the promo, which will make its NFL television premiere on Sept. 11 at 8:30PM ET.
