Carrie Underwood Joins Us in the Studio Sunday Night at 7

This Sunday night at 7, Carrie Underwood joins Lon Helton to co-host Country Countdown USA.  A wide range of topics will be covered during the 3 hour show, including preparations for the birth of her first child, a look back at the CMA Awards, the release of her Greatest Hits: Decade #1, and plans for the rest of 2015.

One of the question Lon will ask is about Carrie's plan for new music. Here's what she had to say about that:  "Definitely new music this year.  That's always been on my radar.  I did quite a bit of writing last year, and that'll continue until the little guy makes his appearance on the planet.  Hopefully after, I'll give myself some time to get the hang of being a mom, and then do some writing.  Maybe if I'm up for a 3AM feeding, I might keep a notepad by the bed and just thing of song ideas, because it might be a perfect time."
