Who knew that it takes three months from the time you win a Grammy, to the day you actually receive it? And who knew it comes in the mail? Carrie Underwood learned both — again — this week as her statuette for Best Country Solo Performance arrived. She shared a pic of it with fans.

The superstar and new mom is seen posing alongside her trophy, earned with her song "Something in the Water." After vacationing last week, Underwood looks rested and relaxed. But really, who could look down in the dumps next to a Grammy?

"Look what came in the mail today! So excited! #SpecialDelivery #SomethingInTheWater" she writes.

Fans will have to wait another six weeks for her to return to the stage. Underwood's taking a lengthy amount of time away, and partly spending it with husband Mike Fisher, who is just beginning his off season. Baby Isaiah is surely nearby — the Fisher pack no doubt make quite a pack while traveling.

This year, the 32-year-old singer is working on her fifth studio album, but she's been tight-lipped about the details. Previously she'd indicated it'd be out before the end of the year, but fans will surely give her plenty of room to work as she brings her newborn along. She did say that he's a fan of what she's working on, however.
