Apparently, Carrie Underwood's baby boy is following in dad Mike Fisher's footsteps. The "Something in the Water" hitmaker posted the above photo to Instagram on Sunday afternoon, showing son Isaiah asleep and snuggled with a pint-size hockey stick. He's also wearing crocheted ice skates. Fisher, of course, plays for the Nashville Predators hockey team.

"The Predators are in the playoffs! Just waiting to get called up! #PutMeInCoach" she wrote as the caption, both celebrating the Predators' success and joking that her son will soon join the team. In the picture, Isaiah is wrapped in a gauze often used by professional newborn photographers.

Underwood has been more or less quiet since Isaiah Michael Fisher was born on Feb. 27, and this is the only photo she's shared of his face. On March 3, the singer and Fisher announced the baby's birth to the world, revealing that he was an "amazing gift." The announcement included a shot of his tiny hand on a blanket, but nothing more.

On March 10 — Underwood's 32nd birthday — she tweeted that she had enjoyed a late night date with "tiny semi-bald chubby dude who likes to grunt & cry & pass gas" but that it was the "best gift ever."

It had been previously shared that Underwood was due to deliver in April, but that proved not to be the case. There is nothing to indicate that Isaiah arrived unexpectedly early. After her maternity leave, the superstar will return to the stage, with the first appearance scheduled for June 26 at Thunder on the Mountain Festival in Arkansas.
