It was so great to get outside over the weekend, running in the Color Run on Sunday and breathing some fresh air the rest of the afternoon.  I was having a serious case of "cabin fever" and the weather this past Sunday had me searching for more to do outside in the Southern Tier.

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County and Animal Adventure invite the community to join them and get rid of Cabin Fever at the Cabin Fever Festival, taking place at the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County at 184 Upper Front Street in Binghamton on Tuesday April 15th from 10am-1pm.

This is definitely a family-friendly event that will be fun and totally "hands on."  The day will feature live music, a scavenger hunt, face painting and live animal Easter pictures with a chick, duck or bunny.

This event costs $15/family (up to 5 people). Group rates are available. There is an additional cost for the photo opp.  For more information about Cabin Fever, please contact Laura Biasillo at (607) 584-5007 or lw257@cornell.edu
