Are you like me and prefer to go to New York City on a bus instead of driving a car? There are many things to see and do in NYC and if I can take the bus, I'm all for it.

Here's an event that involves cars (and trucks) and you can take a bus with your friends.

The International Motor Racing Research Center (IMRRC) is putting together its second bus trip to the New York International Auto Show on Wednesday, April 4th. Last year, everyone had a great time at the show, the cars were hot, the beer was cold, and the jokes were funny.

It began in 1900 and this show is North America’s first and largest-attended celebration of the automobile. Nearly 1,000 cars and trucks will be on display at the Jacob Javits Convention Center from March 30th through April 8th.

The 2018 New York International Auto Show will have four floors of the newest and cutting edge designs and innovations from automakers from all across the world. They'll be showing the newest and futuristic concept cars.

They will be making the trip on Wednesday, April 4th. The trip includes  round-trip motorcoach transportation, show admission and an expert IMRRC tour guide for the day.

They need only 10 more people to cover the cost of the bus, which is the main determining factor. They have room for more then 10 and would love to have 20-25 more people join them for a day of fun in the big city. Reservations need to be made by this Monday, March 5th.

There are many locations to choose from so there should be one close to you. The bus will be making pick-ups in Binghamton, Ithaca and Horseheads and plan on getting to the Javits Center around 11am.

The bus will leave at 8 pm with a dinner stop planned during the trip home. To find out more about the trip or to make reservations, call Kip Zeiter at (607) 535-9044.
