State police say troopers were called to investigate a report of a man firing a gun from a home on Oliver Road.

Investigators say Miller grabbed a rifle during the dispute. He allegedly fired a round into a living room window and then fired another round into the air when he went outside the house.

Police reported no injuries in connection with the shooting incident.

Miller was arraigned in Conklin town court and ordered to the jail without bail.
