Blake Shelton to Play Earl The Pig in ‘Angry Birds’

'Angry Birds' is getting set to fly into theaters May 20, and this time we get to find out why these birds are so angry.  Last night's People's Choice Award winner Blake Shelton is excited to play Earl, one of the pigs in the film.  Blake will also lend his voice to the movie soundtrack.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Earl has a pronounced country accent and he tells the magazine that "he felt like he was "doing a voice-over for Dukes of Hazzard." 

In addition to Blake, other voices in the animated film include Jason Sudeikis, Josh Gad, and Danny McBride.
