Binghamton’s Color Run at BCC in April [VIDEO]

The Color Run was founded in January of 2012 as an event to promote healthiness and happiness by bringing the community together to participate in the “Happiest 5k on the Planet”. There are over 170 events scheduled in 30+ countries and on Sunday April 6th, the run is coming to the SUNY Broome campus in Binghamton.

Binghamton's Color Run is a unique non-competitive and untimed 5K open to all ages and abilities with a portion of the proceeds, benefiting the Mental Health of the Southern Tier.

Some friends of mine participated last year down in Florida and had a blast.  A blast of color that is, as "Color Runners" wear white and are doused from head to toe in different colors at each kilometer.  The goal is to hit the finish line plastered in color.
