Have you ever wanted to work with animals? The Binghamton Zoo at Ross Park has the answer. They are having a Volunteer Open House this Thursday, January 25th from 5 - 8 pm.

It's at the Education Center located in the lower zoo parking near the ticket booth. There are many different opportunities, so you should be able to find one that suits you.

 Here are the different opportunities:
-Gardening Volunteers
​-Maintenance Volunteers
​-Special Events Volunteers
​​-On-Site Docents (animal spotlights, guided tours, artifact stations, etc.)
​-Animal Ambassador Docents (ZooMobile program)
If you are interested in a wildlife related career, something to do during retirement, you have a passion for animals or maybe you need volunteer hours for a job or education. This could be the answer.
