Do you realize what a perfect little gem we've got right here in Binghamton? We've got our own zoo!  How many other towns can say that they do? The answer is- not many.

If you're an animal lover or just looking for something to do other than sit inside the house, why not celebrate Earth Day with the Binghamton Zoo and discounted admission?

“Discounted admission” peaked your interest, didn’t it?  Here’s the deal:

According to the Binghamton Zoo, to celebrate their 138th grand opening, they’ve teamed up with Earth Day Southern Tier and Roberson Museum to offer a discount to the zoo on Saturday, April 20th!

Anyone who visits Earth Fest, located at BCC, or Roberson that day will receive a $2.00 discount at the zoo.  For those who visit the Binghamton Zoo first, you’ll receive a $2.00 discount at Roberson and your Earth Fest admission will be free!

Broome County will also be offering a free shuttle between the Binghamton Zoo, Roberson Museum, and BCC's campus throughout the day. The trolley will leave BCC on the hour between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. It’ll leave the Binghamton Zoo on the half hour between 10:30 am and 4:30 pm. The trolley will stop at Roberson Museum between Earth Fest and the Binghamton Zoo.
