Do you have a lot of trouble saying "no" to someone?  For some it's easy, for others, it can be a task.  The Broome County Public Library has a workshop coming up that addresses all this and how you can say "no," without the guilt.

The session will give an understanding of why saying no can be so hard and uncover the long-term costs of being a people-pleaser.  If you go, you will learn ways to become more courageous and competent at making wise choices and refusing those unwanted requests from others.

This informative workshop will be led by Ruth Henneman Coaching and Consulting, LLC. Ms. Henneman works with businesses and individuals to help them reach the success they desire through coaching, life coaching, and enhancing their communication and interpersonal skills.

Registration is required for the workshop on Thursday, June 4th workshop that begins promptly at 6:30pm at the Broome County Library in downtown Binghamton.
