Binghamton University Women’s Basketball Begins Against Michigan

It's less then 2 months away but what a beginning for the Binghamton Bearcat women's basketball team. They play their 1st official game against Michigan.

They play their 1st game of the year in an exhibition against my alma mater, the East Stroudsburg Warriors on Friday, November 6th at the Event Center. Then they'll travel to Michigan for a November 14th game.

They'll play their first official home game just 2 days after traveling to Michigan. They take on New Jersey Institute of Technology on the 16th. They play 29 games altogether including 13 non-conference games.

The Bearcats begin conference play in the America East play on the road against Stony Brook. The first conference home game is Saturday, January 9th against New Hampshire.

The regular season ends on Saturday, February 27th on the road against the Maine.

If you want to see the BU Bearcat women play in the post-season, I have great news. They'll be hosting the America East Women's quarterfinals and semifinals on Saturday and Sunday, March 5th and 6th.

Linda Cimino returns for her 2nd season as the head coach of the Bearcats women's basketball team.
