As the saying goes "All good things must come to an end" and that's what happened with the Binghamton Rumble Ponies. After winning the first game at home, the Ponies lose three in a row to Trenton including a 9-1 loss on Saturday, September 9th.

The Thunder will play for the overall Eastern League championship when they meet the Western Division winners, the Altoona Curve.

There season may be over but I still consider it a success. A new look, new coach and new mascot helped bring a new attitude to the Southern Tier. The Rumble Ponies want to remind you that it's not too early to think about next year....or Christmas, so go here to get their latest gear.

Before you know it, the 2018 season will be here when the Binghamton Rumble Ponies go up against the Portland Sea Dogs at NYSEG Stadium on April 5th. Save the date, it'll be here before you know it.
