The inaugural season of the Binghamton Rumble Ponies was a huge success with great pitching and defense that produced 85 wins and a trip to the playoffs. A big part of that was due to manager Luis Rojas.

Here's some great news, he's coming back as skipper to lead the team again in 2018. He'll be joined by pitching coach Frank Viola, hitting coach Valentino Pascucci, bench coach Luis Rivera, athletic trainer Bob Grimes and strength and conditioning coach Kory Wan.

Frank Viola is a familiar name to Met's fans. He pitched in the big leagues for 15 years including 3 with the New York Mets. This is his seventh season coaching in the Mets organization. He joins the Rumble Ponies after spending the last four seasons as pitching coach for the Met's Triple A affiliate, Las Vegas 51’s.
