Binghamton Road Work Slows Traffic Downtown

Milling work has begun in downtown Binghamton on State Street and Chenango Street before the bridge has got motorists finding alternate routes to their destinations and some parking. The State Street Ramp was unattainable for a short time early this afternoon as well forcing employees of neighboring workplaces to park in the Water Street Ramp. Keep in Mind the traffic issues as you come into town over the next few weeks and give yourself time to navigate while not being late!
