Binghamton Restaurant Week 2016 Review: Czech Pleeze

When is a week that goes 10 days a good thing???? When it's Binghamton Restaurant Week (BRW). It has begun and it runs through April 14th.

There are many things that I love about BRW. Proceeds benefits the Boys & Girls Club and the Handicapped Children's Association.

It also gives me a chance to go to different local restaurants. I've been there before and I really don't know why I don't go there more often. It's Czech Pleeze, 223 Robinson Street.

It has that hometown, friendly atmosphere that reminds me of the good things in life. It's like going to your friend's house and his/her mom is the best cook that you know. I was greeted by Dan and served by Vanessa.

They had such a variety with Moms Holubki. It's a recipe handed down from Dan's mom. They also had homemade Pirohi and City Chicken. I couldn't decide which one I wanted so I went with the Sampler Platter.

When Dan was thinking about what to add for desert, he and his staff came up with....Root Beer Float. Talk about your genius and delicious way to end your lunch time meal.
