Binghamton Mets 4 Games Out of First Place

The Binghamton Mets have a lot to be proud of today at NYSEG stadium.  The boys of Summer just clinched a 4 game series, beating Portland 13-3 today in Binghamton.

That means the Binghamton Mets are 4 games out of first place and very good news for all us Binghamton Mets fans!  Today's game brought the biggest crowd of the season, with 5,900 fans watching the B-Mets sweep the 4 game series today against Portland.  Outstanding!

Tomorrow the B-Mets are on the road to Erie for a 4 game series.  You can hear the game on Newsradio 1290 WNBF beginning at 6:50pm.  The Binghamton Mets return to NYSEG stadium Thursday July 17th for a HAWK sponsored Thirsty Thursday when they play Trenton for a 4 game series in Binghamton.  Tickets available at the stadium box office, 723-METS or BMets.com.
