The Binghamton Bearcats men's basketball team will travel to East Lansing, Michigan on December 5th to play the Michigan State Spartans, a team that played in the NCAA Final Four this past season.  It is a first-time meeting between the two schools. That game highlights the complete 13-game non-conference schedule for the 2015-16 season announced today.

The Bearcats play SUNY Cobleskill on Friday, November 6 in a home exhibition game contest that opens up the season.  The first Division I game will be in Olean against the Bonnies of St. Bonaventure.  That is set for Friday the 13th.  The Bearcats Division I home opener is scheduled for Sunday, November 15 when they host Army.  That will be followed by a short road trip to Cornell the following Wednesday, November 18th.

On Tuesday, November 24th BU plays at Central Connecticut State and returns home on Saturday, November 28 to host former America East foe Boston University.  The Bearcats stay home to entertain the Colgate Raiders on Tuesday December 1st before they head to East Lansing on the 5th.  While in Michigan the Bearcats face another first-time foe when they visit Oakland University on December 7th.  Oakland is a member of the Horizon League and a team that played post-season in the CIT.

Rounding out the non-conference schedule are games at the University at Buffalo on Saturday, December 12; home vs Saint Francis on Wednesday, December 16th; home versus Florida International on Tuesday, December 22; home versus Mount St. Mary's on Tuesday, December 29th and at the University of Pa. on Saturday, January 2nd.

Overall the Bearcats will play six home games and seven away games in the non-conference portion of the schedule.  The America East schedule has not yet been released.
