Binghamton Mayor Joins 9/11 Tribute in Downtown

The 9/11 tribute in Downtown Binghamton is getting bigger by the day.

The City of Binghamton announced today that Mayor Richard David will join local officials, first responder personnel and community members for a 9/11 ceremony event this Thursday at 10:30AM in front of Binghamton's City Hall's 9/11 Memorial and World Trade Center beam on State Street.
