Soaking up that Binghamton sunshine and seeing the thermometer top 80 degrees, has almost everyone itching to get outside to enjoy a Binghamton Mets game, catch a race at Tioga Downs or the start of festival season.

Binghamton has always been rich in festivals.  In fact, during a typical year, there are more than 40 festivals to enjoy. The month of May brings more than tulips and daffodils.  It's also the beginning of some popular outdoor gatherings in the Southern Tier.
