Binghamton police are asking for the public's help in locating a city resident who has been missing for three weeks.

Authorities say they are looking for 55-year-old Barrett Elliott, who lives on Robinson Street on the city's East Side.

Investigators say Elliott was last seen in the Crandall Street area on the West Side around 11 p.m. July 20.

Police describe Elliott as white; five-feet, seven-inches tall, 180 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing shorts, tan sandals and a light-colored t-shirt with the word "Elliott" on it.
