It wasn't that long ago that Billy Currington was playing Binghamton with a live version of his top 5 hit, 'It Don't Hurt Like It Used To,' but this weekend, he'll be co-hosting a Hawk Sunday night (10/8) with 'Country Countdown USA,' at 7, to talk about his new hit, what it was like touring the US this summer, and his new love for Canada.

Running has become Billy's favorite activity out on the road.  He told co-host Lon Helton, "We run 8 to 10 miles a day running. I don't have the best show if I don't run.  Something about running sweats the toxins out. Just rejuvenates my whole body. If I don't run, come show-time, I feel that's when I'm running.  It's just not as comfortable.  I've got to get those runs in."  Billy will also talk about the best advice he ever received from Tim McGraw recently.

When Kelsea Ballerini was our co-host, she told us Billy introduced her to the magic of Coconut Water and Coconut Oil.  Billy explained, "Coconut oil can take high heat.  It can be a great additive for taste.  I've been selling it for years.  It's something I've done on the side. I import oil from Thailand because they have the sweetest coconut water.  I like keeping people healthy. Got to give them the healthy stuff.  You can go surfing, climb up a tree, whack a coconut, it has the purest form of water on earth, and it's sweet!  It's just my thing."

Billy also has great stories this week about Lee Brice, Brett Eldredge, Old Dominion, Chris Stapleton, Tucker Beathard, and Florida Georgia Line.
