Caleb Munn was born on September 18, 2014 with Biliary Atresia. It's a rare liver disorder that affects only infants. This little boy and his family need your help.

You can help them on Sunday at the Binghamton Zoo beginning at noon.

Biliary Atresia inflames or blocks bile ducts, the bile becomes backed up in the liver where it destroys liver cells and causes cirrhosis. A procedure was performed in January, it was unsuccessful.

Caleb got a live liver transplant from his Dad on March 20th in the Bronx. There is extensive medical and travel costs with this transplant including follow up that needs to take place.

This is where you can help. The benefit is at the Binghamton Zoo from 12-5pm. There will be raffles as well as entertainment for both adults and kids. Kids under 10 are free. To find out more about the event, go here.

They created a FB page to keep up with the latest for Caleb called "Caleb's Journey".

If you can't make it to the event this Sunday, you can still help here.
