The Binghamton Mets snapped a six-game losing streak with a 6-2 win over the Erie SeaWolves on Sunday afternoon at NYSEG Stadium.  Mike Hepple got the win in relief.  Mickey Jannis started and worked 4.2 innings but did not figure in the decision .Myles Jaye took the loss for the SeaWolves.

Both Derrik Gibson and Niuman Romero went 3-5 at the plate for Binghamton.  Victor Cruzado homered for the B-Mets.

The seven-game homestand continues for the B-Mets with three straight games against the Portland Sea Dogs Monday through Wednesday nights.  Portland is the Double-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. All three games are scheduled for 6:35 PM starts with air at 6:20 on News Radio 1290 WNBF.
