TMZ  and CNN both report that Ann B. Davis, best known for her role of Alice on "The Brady Bunch," has passed away at the age of 88.

The couple Ann lived with told TMZ that Ann hit her head this morning in her bathroom and CNN reports that Ann suffered a subdural hematoma and never regained consciousness.

In addition to her well known role as Alice on "The Brady Bunch," Ann B. Davis also played the role of Charmaine "Schultzy" Schultz in the NBC sitcom The Bob Cummings Show. Ann won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series twice out for this role.
