New to a Facebook yard sale group? Thanks to MSN, here are some tips to help you get started.
Abbreviation: ISO. If you are looking for something specific type these letters to let sellers know you are in search of a product or item.
Picture This: Sellers, please make sure your photos give the potential buyers a clear and detailed look at the items for sale.
Don't Miss Out: Found something you can't live without? Act now. Be the first to comment or private message the seller.
Meet-Ups: Congratulations! You were the first to respond and will meet the seller in person to make the official purchase. Find a public meeting location that you feel comfortable with. Never meet in private.
Delete, Delete, Delete: There's nothing more frustrating than coming across an old post of an item that's already been sold. Once the item is sold, please be kind and delete the item.
