I remember Taylor Swift when she was a young girl playing a Pennsylvania fair. Nobody knew her, but it was obvious she had star potential.

Now, years later, not a day goes by when she isn't in the tabloids. Tabloids are the bane of a star's existence. Photographers follow them everywhere just to get a shot of the star and their latest love. Taylor is their latest prey. Probably because she has chosen famous man after famous man.

Joe Jonas was the first in 2008. Then came Lucas Till and Taylor Lautner in 2009. And of course, John Mayer. Mayer is the singer known to have crush hearts belonging to the likes of Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Love-Hewitt. What was Taylor thinking??

After John Mayer came "Glee's" Cory Monteith. And "Mine" video co-star Toby Hemingway as well as actor Jake Gyllenhaal, Kennedy heir Connor Kennedy and now "One Direction's" Harry Styles. All have been short lived and most the fodder for her music.

Before Taylor loses the respect of her fans and famous men everywhere, it's time to give her advice on the one thing she told Cosmopolitan Magazine she knows nothing about: a long lasting love. Afterall, her reputation is worth saving!

Taylor recently did an interview with Rolling Stone Magazine and I think I found the problem in this quote about love from the songstress, "You have to make it work by prioritizing it, and by falling in love really fast, without thinking too hard. If I think about it relationship too hard I'll talk myself out of it. I have rules for a lot of areas in my life. Love is not going to be one of them."

Hmmm... Maybe talking herself out of it isn't a bad thing.

For those of us who have been there and done that, we know love is not something to be rushed into or taken lightly. And it certainly doesn't come around once or twice a year. That would be pure attraction not love.

So, does Taylor need to look at the meaning of love harder? And try the average guy for a change? It's up to you to decide! Take our poll here and give Taylor Swift the advice she needs to keep a lasting love.
