What to do on a chilly but sunny Saturday in the Southern Tier?  I say "ROAD TRIP" to Cortland for their Chill-A-Bration Festival in the heart of Cortland at Court House Park.

Chill-A-Bration just got underway and is Saturday February 26th from 11am to 4pm as Cortland celebrates all things winter.  This is the area's largest winter family festival yet  and admission is free.
