7 Fool-Proof Ways To ‘Fix’ Congress and Get America Back On Track

Warren Buffett is a respected self-made billionaire. Much has been written about this business icon. In more recent years he has become more vocal with his ideas to fix our government.
See if you agree with some of his suggestions on how to “fix” congress and his recommendations for the Congressional Reform Act of 2013. It’s no secret that Congress approval ratings are at an all time low. This may be a good time for all of us to become more vocal.
1) No Tenure / No Pension. A Congressman/woman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they’re out of office.
2) Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.
3) Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.
