5 Overrated ‘Healthy’ Foods
You're doing great, right? We've officially made it to the second week of January and you've totally got a handle on this whole healthy eating for the new year thing. Yay you! Or...maybe not.
While you might think you're eating healthy foods, these are some that don’t really deliver a lot of bang for their buck:

Coconut Oil
Coconut oil has been sold to us as a “healthy” oil, but did you know that it's actually high in saturated fat? Like, really high. Like 90% saturated fat. Ouch!

Egg Whites
If you don't eat the yolks in your morning omelet then you're missing out on vitamins A, D, E, and K.

Granola
Granola tastes delicious not so much because it's super healthy, but because it’s filled with calories and fat.

Veggie Burgers
Do you know what kind of chemicals are in your processed veggie burger? You’re better off reaching for a fish-based burger, or making a veggie burger from scratch yourself.

Yogurt
As a hardcore yogurt lover, this breaks my heart a little. Sadly, most of the yogurt you find at the grocery store is more of a dessert than a healthy snack.
