Everyone seems very excited about the 'Taste Of Home' Cooking School coming to Binghamton October 29th.  What's great about this event is they will cover all levels from the beginner, the expert and those like me who like to do it quick.

If you like pumpkin spice, you may really enjoy this super quick pumpkin dip that will make about 4 cups of heavenly dip for your graham crackers, perfect to throw together for any friends or family that may pop over.

Here's what you will need:

>  1 (16 ounce) container of frozen whipped topping, thawed

>  1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

>  1 (15 ounce) can of solid packed pumpkin

>  1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Easy Dip Directions:

1.  Mix together the pumpkin, pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl.  Scoop the thawed whipped topping and chill in the fridge.  I added a teaspoon of vanilla extract with a tablespoon of butterscotch Schnapps the second time I made this, but that's up to you.  Serve with apple slices or cinnamon graham crackers for a great rich taste.
