5 Mile Point Speedway’s First Practice To Benefit CHOW

When you think of warmer weather, what do you think of? I think of the golf clubs coming out, the convertible top going down.....and the racing revvvvving up in the Southern Tier.

On Saturday, 5 Mile Point Speedway will have it's first practice of the year at 2. The practice session will be a food drive for CHOW.  The rain date is Sunday at 3. The speedway surface has gone through a overhaul.  New clay was hauled in with some areas getting as much as 3 feet of new material. 

The season opener is Sunday, April 6th at 4pm with the Race of Champions Dirt Sportsman and Street Stock Tours.There will be a second open practice before the opener on the 5th. The 2nd open practice will also be a CHOW food drive.
