OK. I guess you could consider me an awards show junkie.  There's something about the gathering of entertainers in one room that intrigues me.  It always has.  Maybe it's because for the most part, honoring the best in entertainment is pretty cool when you think about it.

Now that the list of award shows are growing every year, I still look forward to the most prestigious awards like the Oscars, "Golden Globes," and in country music the "CMA Awards," the ACM's and of course the "66th Prime Time Emmy Awards," Monday night at 8 on NBC.  While the Emmy's may not be as fun as the "Golden Globes" (the stars eat and drink during the "Golden Globes"), the "Emmy Awards" honor the best in television.

Here are a few things to look forward to with Monday's show:

#1 -  Seth Myers-  This may be the first (and last) time Seth is hosting the Emmy Awards.  All eyes will be on Seth and it's safe to say critics will have their opionion.  Good luck Seth.

#2 - Tribute to Robin Williams- the beloved icon of television, film and comedy will hopefully receive a worthy all-star tribute.  Get ready to cry a little.

#3 -  "Modern Family" or "Orange Is the New Black" -  everybody loves last year's winner "Modern Family" but some are predicting an upset as the comedy category just got serious.

#4 -  Blake or not Blake -  There was a time when the reality show category had not competition.  "The Voice" is up again, so is "Top Chef," and the other nominees include "Dancing With the Stars," "So You Think You Can Dance" and "Project Runway." Team Blake will be rooting for Blake Shelton as he is nominated for his first Emmy.

#5 -  All the nominees.  See the complete list right HERE.
