Halloween might still be a month away, but if you're already in the throes of thinking about how you're going to decorate your house and what your kids are going to dress as, you're probably also thinking about the candy that will be consumed.

If just the thought of sneaking pieces of the kiddos candy is making your hips expand, here are a couple of tips to get you motivated to work off some of the delicious sugar.

1.  Make a deal with yourself that you'll work out for only 10 minutes. If you still hate it after 10 minutes, you can stop. But you'll probably keep going. Reverse psychology, baby!

2.  Throw on a great workout playlist so you start exercising to the rhythm without even realizing it. The music that always gets me pumped is the stuff I used to roller-skate to when I was a kid- 90's dance music. You know..."cotton candy, sweet and low- let me see your tootsie roll!'

3.  If music isn't your thing, grab a friend to gab with. You'll catch up on the latest news while working out and it'll feel more like a "play date" and not a chore.
