I like to think of myself as a healthy person.  But according to Men's Health, there are a bunch of things that a healthy person unknowingly nay be making you sick and fat.  Here are 3 that make a lot of sense that you may not think about:

1)  You drink a lot of water but you drink out of a plastic bottle.  BPA in plastic bottles, found in most grocery and convenience store bottles can cause fertility issues and make you obese.  It's best to opt for the refillable BPA-free variety.  Keep drinking water but be safe.

2)  You eat a healthy dinner but you don't go to bed early enough.  According to the National Sleep Foundation, if you don't hit the sack early enough, it can contribute to weight gain, anxiety, depression, heart disease and even type 2 diabetes.  7-8 hours is suggested.  I'm guilty of staying on my ipad much too late.

3)  You make home cooked meals but your portions are too big.  Bigger than restaurant portions can be a obesity maker.  Remember, fist sized servings of grains and fats should be no larger than the size of your pointer finger.

Three things that are easy to correct and to take you to full speed on the health highway.
