Many have forgotten the true meaning of November 11th, Armed Services Day as it's known through most of the world, or Veterans Day, as it's known in the United States.

While some know it as a day off from school or work, a day to get something on sale, the true meaning of Veterans Day gets lost.

To all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for us, Monday is the day we remember you.  Every day should be Veterans Day.  It is in my book.

It's my hope that you take 3:30 out of your day to watch this quick video and let a friend know or post it to your Facebook page.  And if possible, thank a veteran on Veterans Day in person or with a phone call.

Thank you to all the men and women who have served, are serving and those who will serve in the future so we can keep or precious freedom.  God Bless all veterans of the United States of America.

There are a number of businesses in the Southern Tier and through the country, offering Veterans free meals and retail discounts today.  For the complete list, click HERE.
