2 Minute Lunch on the Fly With John Davison [WATCH]
My coworkers are always busting me on the "weird food" I eat while doing my show. I'm used to it. I'm over it. The truth is, I try to eat as healthy as possible and we all know that can be a challenge when you are at work that could be a challenge.
A friend of mine introduced me to a very simple lunch idea that takes 2 minutes or less to prep. He actually dropped 6 pounds by eating tuna twice a week for 2 months. That with lots of water and lemon made him look good for a Caribbean vacation he was taking with his wife. Pretty cool considering you get a ton of protein, fiber, and a little sweetness, all in a self contained lunch.
Here's what you will need:
- a can or packet of tuna
- a knife and spoon
- balsamic vinegar
- 1 red pepper
